Hidan was born and raised in the Village Of Hot Springs.As a Child, Hidan believed and respected his god Jashin who thought that the opposite of good was crime and evil. when he grew to a teenager, Hidan's village thought about the good and well in everything and decided to bring peace.Hidan couldn't believe that his peaple wanted this and then killed his siblings and neighbors.

Hidan is now an adult who has joined the Akatsuki and is now partnered with Hinori and Kakuzu. His apperence is an akatsuki cloak with nothing under. Around his neck is his headband and his Jashin necklace.Hidans hair is silver gray and is pulled to the back.he also has a three bladed sythe on his back .Hidan with his partner kakuzu went to catch and seal the two tailed monster cat and succeeded. while sealing it Hidan came face to face against Asuma Saratobi and killed him.
